Sean Coffey ( GRS 2009) wrote to say THANKS! for yet another great year working with GRS.
“Ultimately, my students reaped the benefits – 81% made it on the LE exam. Looking forward to next year!”
Sean has experienced a number of amazing experiences in his relatively short career:
- He was recognized as an 2010 year recipient of an Outstanding 1st Year Employee for RCSD!
- Check out this story on the same event: Warner Noyce Scholar Lauded for Teaching Excellence
- In the summer of 2012, Sean engaged with our incoming cohort and Rachel and Jo Ann as TA for Get Real! Science’s first course, Integrating Science & Literacy.
- During the 2011-12 School year, Sean conducted action research in his classroom and made sense of that work with colleagues every other Friday nigh EDU 474 – See all the amazing work Sean and his colleagues did this year by looking deeply at evidence for student learning in their work and trying to connect that to instructional decisions.
